• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of experience
• PE
• Experience with bridge design, analysis, and inspection
• Project experience with local DOT
• Manage projects of all sizes
• Business development experience preferred
• Proficient in Microstation and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
