Breast Imaging Technologist

Job Summary

  • Oversee the daily operations of the breast imaging department, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of imaging services while maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Supervise and support breast imaging staff, including technologists and administrative personnel.
  • Implement and monitor departmental policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations for breast imaging staff.
  • Coordinate training and continuing education programs to ensure staff maintain certifications and stay updated on best practices.
