Job Description

Key Accountabilities:-

Brand Supply Chain Operations (BAU):

  • Manage day-to-day manufacturing and supply delivery for core SKUs in line with agreed forecasts and production schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to maintain steady brand availability.
  • Identify and mitigate capacity, material, and operational risks affecting business-as-usual supply.

    • New Product Development & Launch Management:

  • Operationalize approved NPD, relaunch, and portfolio expansion initiatives into detailed manufacturing and supply plans.
  • Oversee end-to-end launch readiness, covering material availability, production trials, capacity planning, quality sign-offs, and initial shipments.
  • Drive disciplined execution to meet launch timelines, flagging risks early and implementing corrective actions.
