• Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitors and evaluates dealer/branch sales performance.
• Strengthens brand visibility and positioning in the market.
• Conducts regular market research and competitor analysis.
• Leads, trains, and mentors the sales team to ensure target alignment.
• Coordinates with Marketing for brand campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepares sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for management

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales, marketing, or brand management
• Proven Work Experience as a Branch Sales Manager in the AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY (Tires, Lubricants & Battery) .
