Job Description
- Oversee the product category/portfolio through effective and efficient planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of
- the department's functions such as Brand Management, Product Marketing and Development, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Merchandising and Marketing Research.
- Participates in yearly department strategic objectives and plans for the section/department.
- Plans, monitors and manages the approved yearly section budget.
- Designs and implements marketing programs to build, protect and grow market and mind share.
- Gathers data and make analysis of branding survey, product sales, industry trends, target market, competition's pricing, positioning, and promo, government regulations.
- Designs and conceptualizes strategic and tactical marketing plans for the assigned brand.
