Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Brand Visual Identity Ownership

  • Own the brand’s visual language across packaging, ATL/BTL, digital, and in-store assets.
  • Ensure consistency of design elements across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Act as the design authority during portfolio transformation and repositioning.

    • Packaging Design & Artwork Governance

  • Lead packaging design for existing products, NPDs, relaunches, and line extensions.
  • Own end-to-end packaging artwork management from concept to print-ready files.
  • Ensure accurate translation of design intent into physical packs.

    • Marketing & Communication Assets (Design Lens)

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to translate approved strategies into creative outputs.
  • Review and approve all ATL, BTL, and digital creatives for design quality and brand fit.
  • Ensure design excellence without influencing communication strategy or messaging.
