Job Description

As a Strategist at Droga5 Sydney, you’ll help develop the strategy that inspires Australia’s most iconic and effective creative work. 

This is a midweight role — which means we’re not looking for someone with all the answers, but you’ll need a solid grounding as an agency strategist and a hunger to learn and develop here.  

You’ll work side-by-side with senior strategists, creative teams, business management and clients to develop robust brand strategies, inspiring creative briefs and sharp comms planning across advertising, social media and beyond. You’ll have room to grow, a talented and close-knit team to learn from, and the kind of briefs that make you excited to come to work on Monday.
