We are launching a dedicated Brand Consultation division to help retail brands and businesses establish, grow, and expand across the UAE — combining strategic brand advisory with direct access to leasing opportunities and prime retail space.

Role Summary

The Business Development Executive is the primary revenue driver for the department. This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting retail brands and business owners who need help expanding in the UAE market — whether through brand strategy consultation, retail space leasing, or both. You will build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, pitch RG Group's consultation services, and close signed mandates that combine advisory fees with leasing transactions.
