Job Description

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, profit, and customer service objectives. Supervise and motivate staff to meet performance expectations and uphold store policies. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating employees. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly. Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and banking procedures. Monitor inventory levels and support with stock ordering, receiving, and loss prevention. Step in as acting Store Manager during their absence. Ensure compliance with all company procedures, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
