Comfort Windows is currently seeking a Branch Window and Door Production Manager to be responsible for ensuring that each window installation is completed in a timely, safe, and efficient manner, while meeting Comfort’s quality standards and the customer’s expectations. The Production Manager achieves this by overseeing all aspects of the installation process, including personnel, scheduling, product flow, safety procedures, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
+ Extensive experience in the residential window replacement and installation industry
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction managerial or supervisory role overseeing multiple crews and/or subcontractors
+ Strong skills in project management, technical knowledge, problem-solving, communication, leadership, decision-making, time management, and customer service
