Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of 7 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure effective branch operations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve deposit targets between 900 million and 1 billion, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage customer relationships by delivering high-quality service and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement risk management procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential financial, operational, and compliance risks at the branch level.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, preparing regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies, promoting ethical conduct and safeguarding the branch’s reputation.
