About the role

Our Branch Manager opportunity is suitable for an individual who is a people leader, to support our retail branch in Whanganui. You will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operational management of our branch, leading a team of approx. 10.

This role will see you lead and direct all activities related to people, safety, customer outcomes, innovation, and growth to operations excellence. Coaching and developing the team to maximize sales, margins, and profitability all whilst fostering strong relationships with the team, the Branch network, and customers.
