Job Description

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring all facilities (e.g., gym, swimming pool, restaurant, function rooms, and recreational areas) are well-maintained and fully operational. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth workflow and service delivery. Monitor clubhouse cleanliness, safety, and functionality through regular inspections.
- Recruit, train, and supervise clubhouse staff, including admin executives, service crew, and maintenance team. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure each department meets performance standards. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed. Foster a positive, service-oriented work culture.
