Job Purpose
Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a dayβtoβday basis. Accountable for Branch Sales turnover, to improve the business profitability and cost management to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.

- Drive and achieve overall Branch Sales Target
- Deposit
- Investment
- Loans β ASBF, SMART MONEY & Education loan
- Bancassurance & Banca Takaful product
- Credit Card
- Business referrals
- Prevention of Fraud and Losses (internal and external).
- Effectively control the cost as per budget

- Ensure that every staff discharge duties in accordance with:
