Role Overview
You will oversee daily operations, drive student enrollment, lead a team of counselors, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, train, and mentor a team of college counselors and support staff
· Achieve monthly, Quarterly and yearly enrollment & revenue plans
· Build relationships with local schools, Universities, parents, and students
· Organize seminars, webinars, and outreach events
· Ensure high-quality counseling and application support (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Dubai Turkey etc.)
· Manage branch P&L, reporting, and CRM data
