Responsibilities

Supervise daily clinic operations and staff.

Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and departmental activities.

Ensure the license is up to date and submit the license renewal documents to KKM at least 6 months before the expiry date.

Participating in the development of the centre/department budget.

Assist with recruitment, screening, and enrollment of personnel.

Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.

Maintain and organise employee records.

Monitor staff performance and conduct staff appraisals.

Ensures staffing is appropriate for day-to-day operations.

Ensures patient satisfaction, which includes resolving complaints and developing improvements to prevent recurrences.
