Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a leader and set a good example for all branch staff and subordinates.
• Supervise, train, and guide all branch personnel to achieve performance and behavioral standards.
• Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements (DOLE, BIR, permits, etc.).
• Maintain proper documentation and submit reports to the Head Office, especially in cases of incidents or concerns.
• Ensure a positive and motivating work environment that promotes productivity and teamwork.
• Monitor financial performance of the branch and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Prepare and submit branch financial reports (e.g., monthly expenses, reimbursements, collections) to the Accounting Department.
