Job Description

Job Title: Branch Head / Workshop In-Charge

Industry: Automotive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day workshop operations for multiple vehicle brands
  • Lead, guide, and allocate work to technicians efficiently
  • Monitor repair jobs to ensure timely completion and quality standards
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
