The Branch Executive Director is a key role within Floridas First Coast YMCA with an opportunity to be innovative and make a difference by expanding the Ys footprint within the community. This role provides an exciting opportunity to direct strategic planning efforts and develop the annual operating plans for the Williams Family YMCA.

The Williams Family YMCA opened in 1995 and is located on San Jose Boulevard in the Mandarin section of Jacksonville, Florida. It is a 49,000 square‑foot facility serving 4,142 members.
