Overview

This newBranch Director role acts as the senior leader at a Branch level and will have overall accountability of all aspects of branch business(s). In this role you will have overall accountability for the delivery of the local P&L and be responsible for driving growth through improved retention, cross sales, and new client sales. As the senior local leader, you will set the standards of performance and behavior, acting as a role model to others and leading and motivating the whole Branch team ensuring that they have the correct knowledge, skills, capacity, and resources to grow sales.
