**Job Description**
The Brake Press Operator sets up and operates a variety of fabrication machines to support a busy manufacturing environment. This role focuses on transforming sheet metal to precise specifications and ensuring the internal manufacturing team receives accurate, high-quality components on time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate various machines in the fabrication department, including presses, shears, notchers, and punch presses, to form sheet metal into finished parts.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and production prints to determine machine settings, material requirements, and cut specifications.
+ Adjust and set machine start and stop points to ensure accurate and efficient cutting and forming of metal sheets.
+ Measure materials and finished parts accurately using a tape measure to verify dimensions against specifications.
