- Support the development of AI Agents for Engineering use cases using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, and LangChain framework.
- Understand core components of AI Agent architecture, including prompt design, tool integration, memory management, orchestration, and evaluation of responses.
- Design and implement data ingestion pipelines, connecting to enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, databases, APIs) to enable intelligent retrieval and summarization.
- Support the development of agent workflows for engineering processes (e.g., document analysis, test report summarization, problem-solving support such as 8D).
- Assist in building and integrating AI capabilities into existing platforms (e.g., Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Power Platform, DevOps).
- Conduct testing, evaluation, and performance measurement of AI agents (accuracy, latency, completeness of answers), and document results.
