Qualifications
- Welcoming and instructing clients and visitors to the right department and meeting room.
- Answering the incoming calls. Updating telephone list.
- Instructing employees to fill out necessary forms (Marsh insurance claim, stationery, locker, uniform requisition, etc.).
- 5S at Reception counter and inventory.
- Uniform management (delivery, order, report, scan file, stocktaking).
- Locker management (revoke, deliver, update information...).
- Tea break order and arrangement.
- Support mail service (receiving & collecting mails, packages internal & external, sort & send to mailbox).
- Support to organize events at the plant.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th-year students major in English, Business Administration or related fields.
- Good English and Vietnamese communication skill.
