Support daily retail operations by managing POS transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, arranging merchandise displays, handling goods receiving and packing, and maintaining a clean work environment.

• Operate the POS system accurately to process customer transactions and payments
• Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries to provide helpful information and support
• Arrange and display merchandise to enhance product visibility and store presentation
• Receive, pack, and label goods efficiently to ensure accurate inventory handling
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store through general housekeeping tasks
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Department to support store operations

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs
