Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring our client's financial information is accurate, up-to‐date, and in compliance with US accounting standards.
You'll work closely with the Accounting Manager and report directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure prompt and accurate processing.
Support new client book setups, including creating financial records from scratch when necessary.
Maintain and reconcile financial statements.
Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy in payroll software and Profit and Loss statements.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions.
Prepare and assist in financial reporting.
Analyze discrepancies and provide solutions for reconciling issues.
