We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD). The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple financial tasks with minimal supervision. This role supports day-to-day accounting, monthly reporting, and overall financial record accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across QBO and QBD.
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Record bills, invoices, payments, deposits, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Track vendor payments, outstanding invoices, and client billing.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
