Responsibilities

• Track company income and expenditures
• Record cash receipts and cash disbursements in the journal
• Posts monthly balances to the general ledger
• Prepare trial balance, balance sheet and income statement
• Verify transactions are recorded in the correct books of accounts
• Process accounts receivable/payable and payroll
• Prepare tax forms under the guidance of a senior accountant

Qualifications

• Any four-year accounting or accounting-related course
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft word and Excel
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Customer-service oriented
• Highly-motivated and dedicated individual
• With bookkeeping experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
