Our client in Paarl is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions for a portfolio of clients.

You will handle full bookkeeping functions, prepare management reports, and support VAT processes while assisting in team supervision.

Key Responsibilities Record and process daily financial transactions (sales, invoices, expenses, payments) Maintain general ledgers and reconcile accounts to trial balance Prepare and review management reports (balance sheet, income statement, A/R & A/P age analysis, stock) Manage VAT reconciliations and submissions (SARS) Compile audit/financial statement packs Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) Engage with clients on bookkeeping matters Support and help oversee the bookkeeping team Minimum Requirements Matric with strong Maths and Accounting Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping 3–4 years’ bookkeeping experience in an accoun...
