Bookkeeper position currently available in Paarl.

Our client in Paarl is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions for a portfolio of clients.

You will handle full bookkeeping functions, prepare management reports, and support VAT processes while assisting in team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions (sales, invoices, expenses, payments)
• Maintain general ledgers and reconcile accounts to trial balance
• Prepare and review management reports (balance sheet, income statement, A/R & A/P age analysis, stock)
• Manage VAT reconciliations and submissions (SARS)
• Compile audit/financial statement packs
• Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
• Engage with clients on bookkeeping matters
• Support and help oversee the bookkeeping team
