Job Overview The Bookkeeper will manage daily financial transactions, ensuring strict compliance with Florida Bar Trust Accounting rules (IOLTA), and handles legal billing, payroll, and reconciliations. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate trust/operating accounts, processing client invoicing, and managing vendor payments.
