About the job Bookkeeper (Intermediate / Reconciliation-Focused)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Intermediate Bookkeeper whose primary focus will be accurate transaction entry and account reconciliation. This role goes beyond simple data entry - the ideal candidate understands how transactions flow through Quick Books, how balance sheet and income statement accounts work, and can identify when something doesn't look correct.
