**Location:** Henderson, NV (In-Office) | **Salary:** $55,000 – $60,000/year

**The Role: The Backbone of our Nevada Operations**

Are you a detail-oriented professional who loves keeping the gears of a business turning? We are looking for a highly organized **Operations & Accounting Coordinator** to serve as the functional heart of our Henderson office.

In this role, you will be the bridge between our daily operations and our external CPA firm. You’ll manage our financial data entry, lead our local HR administration, and ensure our facility is running at peak efficiency. This is a high-trust position reporting directly to the **CEO/General Manager** , perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy and professional ownership of the back office.
