We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, manage bookkeeping tasks, and support office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires a strong understanding of QuickBooks and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage accounts payable and receivable processes using QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
β’ Collaborate with an external accountant to coordinate tax-related activities and ensure compliance.
β’ Process bi-monthly payroll for approximately 30 permanent employees and 100 local presidents.
β’ Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
β’ Handle bank deposits and ensure all financial records are up to date.
