We are partnering with a well-established construction company to find a detail-oriented Bookkeeper (Construction Accounting) to join their team. Responsibilities:
Prepare AIA pay applications and manage accounts receivable invoicing, including waivers, sworn statements, and subcontractor/supplier documentation
Process contract work including AIA contracts and change orders
Maintain accurate job costing across all active projects
