Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of a fast-paced and service-driven business. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys keeping financial records clean, accurate, and audit-ready.

Compensation

+ $24–$30/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial records

+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

+ Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Assist with invoicing, collections, and vendor payments

+ Prepare basic financial reports (P& L, balance sheet)

+ Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping compliance

+ Partner with leadership to monitor cash flow and expenses
