About the role:
You will be the sole accounts and administrative support for an office of 6, so will be heavily relied upon by your colleagues and Director.Β There is some flexibility in days and hours, but approximately 24 hours per week. The position will include a broad range of responsibilities, such as:
- Bookkeeping duties - invoicing, chasing debtors, provide weekly and monthly financial reports (cashflow, debtors report, chargeable hours etc) bank reconciliations, manage expense claims, prepare payroll and leave entitlements, quarterly BAS.Β Utilisation of Xero and CRM/Project Management system.
