Bookkeeper / Accountant

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our behavioral health practice in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including classifying payments and allocating bills
• Manage credit card accounts and reconcile transactions
• Process payroll
• Handle tax-related tasks and filings
• Properly allocate and track grant funding
• Work with our medical billing system (Kipu) to ensure accurate revenue posting
• Manage AHCCCS/Medicaid billing and reimbursements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong QuickBooks experience
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes
• Familiarity with grant accounting
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health (preferred)
• Experience with Kipu or similar medical billing software is a big plus
