Work in a fast‑paced, cold‑chain production environment where safety, hygiene and quality come first, keeping product moving on the line to meet daily targets.
Use your knife skills and teamwork to help deliver consistent, high‑quality beef for local and international customers.
- Boner: Bone beef carcases on the chain and break primals to spec while maintaining yield.
- Slicer: Trim and slice primals and sub‑primals to weight and presentation standards.
- Halal slaughterperson: Perform halal slaughter in line with animal welfare and plant standards.
