Matric is essential, Tertiary qualification beneficial

At least 8 years of experience in Conveyancing

Both Transfer and Bond experience preferred

Valid driver’s license

Experience with Ghost Practice will be an advantage

Excellent typing speed with exceptional accuracy

Strong understanding of legal terminology and document formatting

Meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading skills

Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality

Familiarity with legal software and case management systems
