The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising bolt torque operations to ensure compliance with applicable standards and project specifications. You will lead a team of technicians, provide training, and maintain accurate records of all torque operations. Attention to detail and adherence to quality control standards are essential to prevent equipment failure and ensure the integrity of mechanical joints.
