• Prepare the team for upcoming jobs by allocating job cards according to skill set and efficiency level to maximize throughput.
• Review pre-order forms to ensure parts requirements match the issues to fix problems effectively.
• Ensure quality checks are conducted on finished jobs by technicians to minimize return jobs and complaints.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with insurance surveyors for approval on accident repair work.
