Boat Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Boat Service Specialist to join our service team. This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on a variety of boats and marine systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in marine mechanics and a passion for delivering top‑quality service in a safe, efficient and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on boats including engines, fuel systems, electrical systems, HVAC and hulls.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues in both inboard and outboard systems.
• Install and service marine electronics, accessories and navigation systems.
• Conduct water tests and sea trials to verify repairs and ensure performance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and time spent using service software or work orders.
