**Requirements:**

+ Master's degree with a Licensed BCBA Professional in the working state.
+ Two (2) years'experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses.
+ Competency in writing support plans and effective verbal communication skills.
+ Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required.
