Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a difference across two vibrant school communities, supporting students from kindergarten through 8th grade. Travel between two neighboring schools, providing essential behavior analysis services to a caseload of approximately 40 students, with small classroom groups of 5-6. You'll collaborate closely with dedicated professionals, including social workers, behavioral technicians, registered behavior technicians, and special education teachers, all focused on student growth and development.
Preferred background and experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- School-based experience and familiarity with K-8 educational environments
