We are currently seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support adults residing in both traditional and specialized supported living homes in Smyrna, TN. The BCBA will serve as the lead clinician in our short-term, therapeutic group homes using best practices, evidenced-based ABA interventions, and trauma informed care. The ideal candidate will have experience with crisis management, de-escalation practices, positive behavior supports, staff training, leading interdisciplinary teams, and creating individualized behavior plans for individuals with autism, intellectual disability, and co-occurring mental health and psychiatric disorders.
