The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for building automation and control system projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical understanding of HVAC control systems, and close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure all estimates align with project requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

+ Review and analyze construction plans, specifications, addenda, and related documentation to understand project scope and requirements.

+ Develop detailed cost estimates for Building Management Systems, including materials, labor, subcontractor services, and equipment.

+ Perform takeoffs from drawings and identify all control devices, wiring, panels, and associated components required for system installation.
