Building Management System (BMS)
documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks. This role ensures all project paperwork is properly prepared, tracked, and submitted on time. Key Responsibilities
Assist engineers in preparing and compiling BMS documentation: Method Statements (MS)Risk Assessments (RA)Shop Drawings O&M Manuals Testing & Commissioning (T&C) reports Maintain proper filing and document control (softcopy & hardcopy) Track submission status and follow up with engineers, consultants, and clients Prepare daily/weekly project reports and progress updates Liaise with site team, subcontractors, and suppliers for document collection Ensure all documents comply with project and authority requirements Support tender documentation and project handover documents Handle basic coordination with clien...
