- Lead and manage IT infrastructure and networking-related projects end-to-end - Oversee SDLC lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, and deployment phases - Manage end-to-end release process ensuring smooth production deployment - Coordinate with clients and internal teams for requirement gathering and delivery updates - Ensure adherence to project timelines, SLAs, and quality standards - Act as a single point of contact for client communication and escalation handling - Monitor project progress and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place - Collaborate with infrastructure teams such as DBA and system administrators - Support ITIL-based process implementation and service management practices
