Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BMC Helix ITSM / Digital Workplace (DWP) / Discovery Engineer with strong expertise in BMC Helix platform administration, integrations, CMDB engineering, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex platform issues, designing integrations, and supporting enterprise ITSM environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep expertise in BMC Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace (DWP), and Discovery suite functionalities, including customization and extensibility.
• Debug and resolve complex issues such as data corruption, performance degradation, failed reconciliation jobs, and integration failures.
