Roles & Responsibilites:
Implement and configure Blue Yonder S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) solutions
Collaborate with business teams to gather planning and forecasting requirements
Design and manage demand, supply, and financial planning workflows
Support monthly S&OP cycles including demand review, supply review, and executive review
Develop and maintain planning models, KPIs, and dashboards
Analyze demand and supply variations and recommend optimization strategies
Integrate S&OP with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Troubleshoot system and planning issues
Participate in testing, system upgrades, and enhancements
Provide user training and documentation
